These policies are duplicated from the Studio 4 School of Dance Policies & Procedures_2020 form, which must be signed by the parent or guardian for each student. Please also print and return the Code of Conduct form to the Studio.

Studio 4 School of Dance – Policies & Procedures
Enrollment Fee – New Students
There is a non-refundable $25 enrollment fee per student. This payment is due with the 1st month of tuition.
Re-Enrollment Fee – Returning Students
For returning students, there is a $20 annual non-refundable fee per student, due on August 1st each year.
In addition, all students must fill out a new Policies & Procedures Signature Form and Liability Form for the year.
If a student takes a leave of absence for one month or longer, a $25 re-enrollment fee will be assessed. This fee secures your child’s spot in class unless there is an official leave of absence.

Tuition Payments
Tuition is due during the first week of every month and is non-refundable. There is a 5-day grace period.
After this period, a $20 late fee will be added to the tuition for that month.
Tuition does not change when classes fall on holidays.
Returned checks for non-payment will be charged a $25 NSF fee.
Overdue Accounts
For accounts not paid by the 28th of the month, the student will not be able to attend classes until the account is paid in full.
Make-Up Classes
Students who miss classes due to illness or other activities may make them up at the same level or below. Parents must notify Tammie Lee of the class their dancer wishes to attend.
Important notes:
- Tuition is not refunded for missed classes.
2. All missed classes must be made up within two months.
3. Only currently enrolled students are eligible for make-up classes.
Holidays
Studio 4 School of Dance is closed on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday), Christmas/Winter Break
➡️ No make-up days are provided for these holidays.
Studio 4 may also close on additional days when a month has extra class days. Families will always be notified by email in advance.
Nutcracker / Holiday Showcase Students
All students performing in The Nutcracker or the Holiday Showcase must be enrolled from August through December.
Tuition for December remains the same, and payment is required at the beginning of the month.
Summer Punch Cards
Punch cards can be purchased in June and July only. They are valid through August 31st.
Any unused punch cards may be applied toward extra or drop-in classes through the end of September.
Drop Class Procedure
To drop a class, Studio 4 requires a 30-day email notice. Please note that tuition and enrollment fees are non-refundable.
Dress Code
All dancers must follow the official Studio 4 dress code.
Advertising & Media Permission
Parents/Guardians grant Studio 4 permission to photograph or videotape students during classes, rehearsals, or activities.
These images may be used on the website, flyers, banners, and social media.
Parking & Pick-Up Policy
Parents should pick up children within 5–10 minutes after class.
Please avoid parking directly in front of the studio, as dancers exit through that area and may not be easily seen. ➡️ This policy helps us keep all dancers safe!
